Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must possess the educational qualifications prescribed by UGC and HPPSC.
  • NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. may be required as per subject-specific recruitment rules.

Examination Fee

The details of the examination fee are as follows:

Note: While filling out the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), candidates should carefully select their preferred examination centre. Requests for change of examination centre after submission of the application will not be entertained.

Mode of Payment

Desirous and eligible candidates are required to pay the examination fee online through any of the following modes:

  • Credit Card
  • UPI
  • Other Online Digital Payment Modes

The examination fee must be paid on or before the prescribed closing date for submission of Online Recruitment Applications through the One Time Registration (OTR) portal.

Candidates should ensure that they accept the "Terms and Conditions to Apply Online" before making the payment. The prescribed fee amount only should be paid through the authorized payment gateways available on the portal.

Important: Once paid, the examination fee shall neither be refunded under any circumstances nor adjusted against any other recruitment examination or selection process.

Note: Payment of examination fee can be made only through the online modes prescribed above. Fee paid through any other mode will not be accepted. Applications submitted without the prescribed fee or through an unauthorized payment mode shall be rejected summarily.

Selection Process

The selection process for the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) shall consist of the following stages:
