1. Court Manager Recruitment 2026

Group-B 5 Posts Regular

Pay Scale: Pay Level-16, Rs. 48,700 – 1,54,300/- of the Pay Matrix.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility

  • Graduation in any stream from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a University or Institution in India recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
  • 3 years' experience in Process Management, I.T. Systems Management, Human Resources Management or Financial Management.
  • Desirable Qualification: Good knowledge of Legal Affairs and Computer Applications.

Age Limit

The age of candidates should be between 25 to 35 years.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through Written Test and Viva-Voce as per Schedule-III, Part-3 (Phase-I & Phase-II) of the Himachal Pradesh District Judiciary Staff (Recruitment, Promotion, Control, Conduct, Discipline and Other Conditions of Service) Rules, 2022.

2. Clerk Recruitment 2026

Group-C 141 Posts

Pay Scale: Pay Level-03, Rs. 20,200 – 64,000/- of the Pay Matrix.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation from a recognized University.
  • Candidates must have basic knowledge of computers, including operating computers, Windows and Linux operating systems, typing and taking printouts.

Typing Test

  • English Typing: 30 W.P.M. on computer.
  • Hindi Typing: 25 W.P.M. on computer.
  • Hindi typing will be conducted using Kruti Dev-10 font.
  • Separate typing tests will be conducted after qualifying the Screening Test.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of:

  • Screening Test

  • Document Verification (DV)

3. Stenographer Grade-III Recruitment 2026

Group-C 79 Posts

Pay Scale: Pay Level-06, Rs. 25,600 – 81,200/- of the Pay Matrix.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation degree from a recognized University.

Stenography & Typing Test

  • Candidates have to qualify the Screening Test as per the syllabus uploaded separately on the official website.
  • English Stenography: 80 W.P.M.
  • The dictated matter must be accurately transcribed within a period of 5 times the time allotted for dictation.
  • English Typing: 40 W.P.M.
  • Hindi Typing: 30 W.P.M.
  • Hindi typing will be conducted using Kruti Dev-10 font.
  • Separate stenography and typing tests will be conducted after qualifying the Screening Test.
Important: Only up to 10% mistakes are allowed in the transcription of dictated matter and in the typing test. Candidates committing more than 10% mistakes will be declared unqualified.

Selection Process

The selection process includes a Screening Test, followed by the prescribed Stenography Test and Typing Test.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility

  • Candidates must have passed Matriculation from a recognized Board.
  • Candidates must possess a valid LMV Driving Licence for at least 3 years.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years' experience as a Driver for driving LMV.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having good mechanical knowledge of automobiles.

Selection Process

  • Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 as per Rule 8(r) of R&P Rules, 2022 for Evaluation/Document Verification.
  • Shortlisting will be based on marks obtained in 10+2.
  • Marks obtained in 10+2 will be calculated out of 85 marks.
  • For example, a candidate securing 50% marks in 10+2 will be awarded 42.5 marks.
  • 15 marks will be awarded for evaluation of documents duly mentioned and uploaded in the Online Application Form as per Schedule-III, Part-11 of R&P Rules, 2022.
  • The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the educational qualification and evaluation.
  • Candidates can be posted against any of the applied posts by the appointing authority in the concerned Civil & Sessions Division.
Remuneration: Wages/remuneration for Daily Wage posts shall be as fixed by the Government of Himachal Pradesh from time to time.

Himachal Pradesh Eligibility Condition

Candidates must have knowledge of the customs and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment under the peculiar conditions prevailing in the State.

For Group-C posts, candidates should have passed Matriculation, 10+2 or Graduation from a school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. For Group-D posts, candidates should have passed Middle, Matriculation or 10+2 from a school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh.

Note: This condition does not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
