National Health Mission (NHM), Himachal Pradesh has announced a notification for the recruitment of Lab Technician, Sr. TB Treatment Supervisor & TB Health Visitor vacancies on contract basis. Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed application format on or before 30-08-2016 up to 04.00 PM. Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-45 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 on science or its equivalent, one year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology for S.No-1, Bachelor Degree or recognized Sanitary Inspectors Course for S.No-2 & Graduation, Intermediate (10+2), Tuberculosis Health Edcation Counselling, certificates course in computer operator for S.No-3.
Application Fee: Candidates shopuld pay Rs.200/- for UR & Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ OBC by demand draft.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates send their application in trhe prescribed format along with self attested copies of all relevant certificates as mentioned in the notification, experience & envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post of __” to Mission Director, National Health Mission, Block No-6, SDA Complex Kasumpti, Shimla 171009, Himachal Pradesh on or before 30-08-2016 up to 04.00 PM.
