Education Qualification : Candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.
Age Limit (as on 01-08-2024) : Candidates must not have attained 32 years i.e. the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1992.
However, for Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub cadre of Central Health Services, the upper age limit must not exceed 35 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

- For All Other Candidates: Rs. 200/-
- For Female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates : Nil
Payment Mode: Through any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment.
