HP JBT Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- 10+2 / Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 2-year JBT / D.El.Ed from a recognized institute affiliated to HPBOSE OR equivalent qualifications as per NCTE norms.
- Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by HPBOSE or authorized agency.
- Relaxation of 5% in marks for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.
- Age Limit: 18 to 47 years as on 01.01.2025 (upper age relaxation as per Govt. norms).
- Domicile: Candidate must have passed Matric & 10+2 from a school situated in Himachal Pradesh (except Bonafide Himachalis).
HP JBT Selection Process 2025
Selection will be based on:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Test – 200 MCQs, 100 marks, 2 hours duration:
- Subject concerned – 140 questions
- GK, HP GK, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Logic, Social Science, English, Hindi – 60 questions
