Indian Army Recruitment 2026 has released the official notification for JAG Entry Scheme 124th Course (October 2026). A total of 08 vacancies are available for unmarried male and unmarried female law graduates on Short Service Commission (NT) basis in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Branch.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army JAG Entry 2026
Nationality
Candidate must be:
- Citizen of India, OR
- Subject of Nepal, OR
- Person of Indian Origin migrated from specified countries with eligibility certificate
Educational Qualification
- LLB Degree (3 years after graduation OR 5 years after 10+2)
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks
- Degree must be from a Bar Council of India recognized institution
- CLAT PG 2025 score is mandatory
- Eligible for enrollment with Bar Council of India / State Bar Council

During Training
- Stipend: ₹56,100 per month
- Army Group Insurance: ₹1.25 Crore
